Tickle Your Funny Bone

Laughter may just be the best medicine, according to the ThinkQuest Web site Laughing Out Loud to Good Health. Giggle your way to http://library.thinkquest.org/25500. You'll find tons of information about the positive benefits of laughter. The site examines emotions and how they contribute to the things we find funny. The section on stress looks at the physical and psychological effects of stress and how laughter can be a great stress-reliever. You can also learn about humor and jokes, including how to tell a good joke and a joke-of-the-day page. Be sure to check out the "Fun!" section for Laughter Therapy, a Joke Contest and much more. Lighten up your life with a laugh.
